Warranties:
If the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, Very Anna will cover repair exchange, and in some instances grant a coupon to make up for the expenses link to the return shipping cost. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by negligence isn’t covered under this warranty.
All sale items cannot be returned if shipped internationally (outside of Israel). It creates a great deal of overhead which will totally offset our meager sale margins (sorry).
Domestic Shipping Rate [in Israel]:
We deliver our packages in Israel using the domestic priority guaranteed delivery service (רשום מהיר) This service is offered at checkout for a flat fee of 35 NIS (2 to 5 days with tracking number).
Express local shipping is for free for all orders over 399 nis.
Local pickup from Raanana.
International Shipping Rate:
We deliver our packages internationally using ECO POST (5 to 8 Business Days). This service is offered at checkout for a flat fee of $12 US dollars (or equivalent). This fee is waived for orders over $300 US Dollars.
Express delivery is also available via EMS (4 to 6 Business Days) for a flat fee of $29 US Dollars (or equivalent).
Handling:
Orders are shipped Sunday through Friday (Yes, we work Sundays.) excluding Saturday and Jewish holidays. We would therefore ship on New Years (Jan. 1st) Thanksgiving, and the like. All the merchandise on the website is in stock. It can happen due to popularity or other that a certain item will temporarily be out of stock or backordered. We will make every effort to notify you if this happens with your order.
Out of Stock items can also be ordered by sending an email to [email protected] where a staff member will process your order manually and notify you of progress and lead time.
Domestic standard shipments are fulfilled using Israel Post, a tracking number will be provided. If you opt for Express delivery method a signature will be required upon delivery of your order, However, if you decide to opt out of this option, all you have to do is shoot us an email at [email protected] with your confirmation number and we will handle it from there. Please understand that at that point Very Anna will not be responsible if an item delivered is reported lost or stolen.
Duties & Taxes on International Shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the total amount paid at checkout. Your purchase may or may not be eligible for duties and taxes, it is all depending on the rules and regulation of the country receiving our merchandize.
US CUSTOMERS:
Based on the information available online, Duties or Taxes should only apply if the value of the shipment imported by one person in one day is more than $800. Otherwise if your purchase is totaling less than $800 no formal customs procedures should be required and no duties or taxes should be collected.
