You can't find an item online?

If this happens, your item can be back-ordered. Send us an email at [email protected], one of our operators will be able to confirm the status of the product. We will offer you an estimated time when the item will be available for purchase along with estimated delivery time.

How can I get more information about a product?

We typically include as much information as possible about a product on the product page itself. Usually more detailed information and/or pictures can be offered if you email us at [email protected].

Where is my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is only possible to cancel within 4 hours by emailing us at [email protected] (time that we assume we need to ship your order). Otherwise, you will still have the option to ask for a refund. Notice that you will be refund -5% of the amount  of your order.

I would like to send a gift to a friend, how can I process?

We do provide a gift service to customers purchasing jewelry as a gift. Please, provide us all the relevant information in the Order notes section that you can find at the end of the payment process. This service is free.

Please make sure to fill in the “different shipping” address section if it’s relevant and remember to check the destination address to provide as much detail as possible.

Each item you order is sent to you enclosed in an exclusive gift packaging at no extra charge.

If our staff has questions regarding this gift we will reach out to you, so make sure to leave your email address with your order.

What happen if I' m not at home when you deliver my parcel?

The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain the parcel. Alternatively, you may wish to provide an alternative delivery address at the time of order, for instance a work address. However, please try to be as detailed as possible with the address to ensure safe delivery of your parcel.

How long do I have to return an item?

Assuming that the item you are returning has not been used (Duhh…!)

You have up to 14 days to process your return.

You have to update us about your return by email within 2 days after you have received your order .

*Please notice that you have 5 days to exchange an item on sale .

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
